The capital of England is very versatile with famous attractions like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, London Eye, Madame Tussauds and Greenwich. Even Windsor Castle and Eton are only a short trip away from central London. It is easy to explore the city and its history, culture and hotspots by Tube (underground). Fans of Shakespeare may choose to visit the Globe Theatre, while those who prefer Harry Potter can head to King’s Cross station for a picture on Platform 9¾; or you could simply watch the world go by as you enjoy lunch in Covent Garden.
Day trips to Oxford, Cambridge, Canterbury or even glamorous Brighton make the school trip to London a unique experience. A school trip to London is particularly suitable for high school students. Topic areas, focal points and excursions can be well prepared in class.
