Take a lot of vegetables, cut them into pieces, marinate them with olive oil, herbs, pepper and salt and put them in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees - that's it. Make your kids (and yourself) extra happy with all kinds of fried vegetables; sweet potato, parsnip, carrot or courgette!
